Sterling Silver & Green Turqoise Navajo Naja Pendant Necklace

This genuine vintage Navajo necklace features what is possibly the most notorious symbol used throughout the history of Native American jewelry–a Naja pendant. “Naja”, the Navajo word for crescent, was a symbol created as a talisman of protection to ward off the evil eye. This particular necklace, made from sterling silver, also has a rare green turquoise set in to the pendant itself.
